Today I had a great experience as a customer. I went to a Steak and Shake on the Southwest 157th avenue in Miami. The burger was amazing! And most importantly... The service was perfect! He was taken care of by Paul. He's responsible for this posting. Educated, efficient and helped me a lot by my difficulty with English. As of today I am an eternal customer. Congratulations Steak and Shake for having people like Paul on the team! I'm leaving for Brazil with the best experience possible!

Was not impressed with how they handled online orders. The mobile app said it was for pickup but never said it would be through drive thru. I ordered online so I would not have to wait as I have been there before where they make me back up my car so that I would not trigger the sensor for the time they take for each order at the drive thru window. For an order that have been ready in 15 minutes I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. Do not recommend. Got to say that probably Steak 'n Shake corporation has gone to trash.

Service is horrible. Not a smile on these people or any personality. They will literally forget what u ordered if u go thru the drive thru… ask you when you’re at the window… and still not give u what you asked for. And the fryer was topped with meat bits and the plastic cheese they use was on the corner of the metal fryer…. Not sanitary. No wonder there’s barely any of these locations

GAINESVILLE FL 6pm June 7th 2022 and I sit here the only patron eating in this once thriving historic restaurant. Since 1934 from wait staff roaring around on skates as they took orders from cars to the thriving college town of Gainesville FL this was a great place to eat. Now its a disgrace to its history. The owner doesn't want people in here. Come in order at a kiosk, get your food then GET OUT. The food tastes the same but it is a disgraceful disgusting place and I shall never return.
