Scheduled an appointment weeks ago and get a call today telling me the doctor will not be in on the day I scheduled weeks ago and want to reschedule me for an appt in December. How is this ok? Why would I have to wait 4 months when I am the one being inconvenenced due to you rescheduling? Why do you think I scheduled an appointment weeks ago? Terrible Business ethics.

Dr. Taylor was amazing. The entire staff was super nice and the environment was relaxing and quite welcoming. He listened to me and I didn't feel rushed. I was seeing another dermatologist and this was a night and day difference. My treatment for Rosacea is working and I am seeing a dramatic improvement. Can't wait to start the laser. Highly recommend this clinic and doctor.

The lady who I saw did not take my issue seriously, did not listen to anything I had to say, did not even look at the reason that I came into the doctor's office to begin with, scraped skin on my foot that I didn't ask her to for a test that I didn't need, prescribed me medicine that didn't help, incorrectly diagnosed my issue which doesn't surprise me since I don't think they even looked at me twice, and ultimately, was condescending in how she spoke to me. I recommend people to go somewhere else and am baffled as to why I was referred to this place, honestly. Hope this helps.
