Shopping here was not a good experience. There is a general feeling of disregard for the customer and they refused to do an even exchange on an unused product because it had gone over a couple of days on their policy. Sometimes common sense is a better rule to follow. Much better prices and quality down the street at Maslov beads where they greet you with a smile and genuinely take interest to answer your questions. When more then half of the reviews are poor ones it may be time that the staff takes some classes on customer service.

TERRIBLE, VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They couldn’t care less about helping their clients. I got a rude response from one of the attendants, after a while a asked a second attendant and AGAIN a got a rude response… I even told the owner about the bad customer service they provide, but at the end it felt like he didn’t care at all. So, I guess there is where the problem begins. If he doesn’t care, why would his employees care? After wasting about an hour there, I decided to leave and not buy in this place. I went to another place close by, where I got everything I wanted, for a better price and nice atmosphere. I do NOT recommend doing business with Lanshang Corporation, it is not worth the frustration dealing with such unprofessional people, especially when there are much better options out there.

I went here after a couple of years. They moved their store because the building they were in closed down. When I went to their new location, I was told I can't roam the store with the stroller because of theft issue. I was given the option to leave or sit in the corner with my baby who I brought with me in a stroller. I didn't know when this policy came to affect but I was upset. Will not go back to this place.
