This was by far my most favorite Goodwill. Recently this place as went downhill due to their pricing. Most items use to be reasonably priced. Now ALL items are grossly over priced. You find an item new with tags and the retail tag reads $149. Goodwills listed price was $100!!! All these items are donated and given away for free. Goodwill is super greedy now and one of the biggest scams out there. I understand the workers are told they will get a bonus if they hit their store numbers. However this is only really helping out the greedy CEO who takes over a million dollars in salary while the workers get paid nothing but they work so hard. In the end, Goodwill will sit on so much inventory and wonder why their sales have decreased. You can do better Goodwill.

Michelle the lady at the register was very rude and unprofessional. It was obvious she hated her job. I asked to speak to her manager and apparently she was the manager. Tried to buy a file organizer and she implied the price was for one tier. It Cleary said set on tag. The whole set would only have been $8 new. Goodwill always has the kindest employees. Still in shock.

A cashier responded "wow" in a really nasty tone to a customer that didn't want to donate 9 cents that was supposed to be his change. Donations are optional and that type of response is completely unacceptable. Also, their pricing is completely absurd and people should stop donating items until Goodwill prices things accordingly again.

Organized but OVERLY PRICED. even on 50% off sale days it’s a bit much for clothes. Tiny place. Not worth the drive from WPB.
