Now I have the time to do the review I will tell you this dealership is the worse I have seen in Miami. I went to get my son's first car. In the beginning, the salesperson was really good he was able to see my son's taste and find the correct car. But my nightmare started when I got into the financial department. First, my quote from Geico never matches their number, I ask for an explanation but his way of telling me their fees was not clear and not helpful. After going back and forth he got rid of the unnecessary ones but in the end, snuck them back on. I was about to just walk out there but my son was in love with the car, so I keep with the process. I was asking for choices of a company for the loan. Because I have credit and income. But he only offer me one, space coast credit union, I had never heard of this company. But he insist it was the best. Until this day I have issues with my registration and payment information because he used my old address and didn't want to change it at the moment I noticed that it was wrong. Communication with this financial advisor was not the best. He told me they don't need to make the effort to sell cars because they have a high demand for cars at this moment. Very disappointed. I will keep myself to be a Toyota client, I have been dealing with them since 2008 and never had any issues. They care about customer service.

I have to say that South Motors Service Center did a great job! Not only was their rep Tim courteous but the whole experience was effortless. I loved their drive through system and I would definitely recommend others to take their cars there.

Ask for Sam, the Best Sales Agent, he will get the job done. Found us the right vehicle needed. He made the process other dealerships made difficult, super smooth for me and my Husband. Brittney great with communicating and handling my mechanic appointment.

Work all week and oil change needed. No appointment so early arrival a must. Brittany greeted with a great smile and an amazing early Saturday welcome! She and the mechanics kept me updated by text w/video; love this! Bakery on site (thanks Claudia) and spectacular remodel long over due is fantastic. Time passed quickly thanks to the new comforts. Thank you Brittany for the spectacular customer service and reminding me of the courtesy wash and vacuum!
