Very strange experience. I called and the woman at the front thought everything I said was a joke or I'm not really sure if she was on something or tipsy. She was laughing through the conversation though and refused to help me with my normal business there. My manager called a couple hours later and had a similar experience.

Been doing business with them for years. Called today and the woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude. I was told to talk to a specific sales associate and she laughed and thought my business was a big joke. She refused to connect me to the sales associate. Very confused.
