Let me start by saying that Katheryne Mora is awesome! I ran in there because another business withdrew everything out of my account on accident and said it was refunded. My online account showed zero balance. It was supposed to be a cash and card transaction. Katheryne is keeping an eye on my account and going to remove an overdraft fee when it pops up. Mission Fed has really been great for me and my stepson. We just opened his first account a couple months back. The person who helped was also amazing and had a little talk to him about safety with using his card. Rock star employees at this branch!!!

They have bad customer service . The manager doesn’t have any customers service rolling her eyes at the bank customer. Never again to open a account with this bank. She never made me feel welcome. She doesn’t care about the customer it more about the money. If you are not happy then move to something you like. I’m really unhappy with this bank.

Convenient location and relatively quick service. However convenience and speedy service does not make up for poor experiences and lack of professionalism and horrible conduct. As a first time credit union customer, I expected my experience to be a lot better. I called on the phone three times to inquire about my bill and was told three different numbers, I come into the branch and am also told a different number on my bill. The sheer lack of communication between phone center representative’s and bank tellers is not only inconvenient for the customer but very unprofessional and very misleading to the customer. The policies are unlike anything I have ever witnessed and the practice of a credit union is on like anything I have ever seen. No deposits allowed at the ATM in your first year! Who has ever heard of a more ludicrous policy. Closing a persons credit card without even notifying them, very inconvenient! And disabling your online access to your accounts to see what your balances are or pending payments and charges again absolutely inconvenient. Such treatment will cause me to reconsider my dealings with this institution ever again

Buyer of my truck used this credit union to get a loan. Showed up for our appointment Saturday and had to do additional things not stated over the phone that buyer asked about multiple times. This delayed the purchase process even further. The employee working the loan is impossible to get ahold of in a timely manner which is important when you are expecting to be paid thousands of dollars and there is no update of the process. Unprofessional in my opinion.
