I had an appointment this morning at this branch to process documents for a passport. I had the best customer service from Jennifer, she was very helpful, professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend this postal office.

The worst customer service ever. I waited in line with my 2 year old daughter to get information about priority shipping internationally and the lady working today 1/6/2021 at 1pm was extremely rude and acted as if I was annoying her. I did my time and waited patiently in line so when I came back to ship the items I would be fully prepared and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. If you have an issue with working on a Saturdays and attending to the public you need to look for something else. I will not return and recommend that no one does!!!
