UPDATE: I was having issues with my radios Bluetooth in my car that was installed here a year ago and needed to get it fixed in a rush. I called in and asked if they could do anything. The same guy who was so helpful with installing it a year earlier took time out of his break to make sure that it would work. Glad to see the service is still 5 stars a year later. For ANYONE going here for Auto services KNOW THIS My experience at BEST BUY auto was beyond my expectations for all of the trouble my cars caused these guys. Brady in particular was spectacular. After he realized I hadn’t ordered a key part for my radio installation he took it upon himself to order the part from a third party and even had one of his coworkers pick up the part so I could still have the radio installed days later. So not only did he order the part for me and pick it up, he took the time to pick off the stickers from my former radio shell and put them onto the new shell. I usually don’t review services, but Brady’s efforts needed to be recognized.

It such a breath of fresh air when you walk into this store and everyone is upbeat and helpful. You forget for a moment what we are living with. I walked in and I was greeted with upbeat employees. I knew what I wanted so I went right to the section but I was approached by employees wanting to help. What a fantastic experience.

My preferred Best Buy! The staff has always taken care of me and I like how everything is arranged! The parking has always been smooth and the staff are very informed on all my needs! They sometimes overwhelmed when many customers coming at the same time, but if you will wait they will give you full attention.

Assuming you mean" Roku Streaming device," no. For the week of 9/2/18, Best Buy does not have Roku devices on sale. They could go on sale online as part of a flash sale so be sure to check the bestbuy.com daily for sale information.
