Ambiance was really nice. Two of us ate here. The food was continuously cleaned up as we ate dishes which was nice that we didn't have plates sitting around waiting to be cleared. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant to talk to. The fried cauliflower was delicious, as was the sashimi platter (forget the name of it, but has salmon and yellowtail) which was fresh and arrived at the table in an eye pleasing manner. I would definitely order them again. The house salad was nothing special and I would not order it again. The one real negative about our meal was the steak. We paid $61 for a pineapple marinated steak. At least a third of it was fat, plus they cooked half of it rare when it was ordered medium rare. The waitress gladly took it back to recook it and then it came back cooked medium, soaked in oil, and not appetizing at all. That was $61 down the drain (out of $167 cost of a meal). Therefore, I applied a reduction of a star in this rating.
