I contacted Aspen dental for an exam and x-rays which were free for new patients without insurance. Also it was advertised that for any general dentistry and for any treatment plan it would be 20% off. I got the exam and x-rays done which went well. The staff are extremely nice and courteous and professional. I was told I got periodontal disease and I would need scaling done which was fine with me. I also had three cavities that needed to be filled. When the receptionist sat down with me the bill was over 3,300 just for three cavities and the scaling procedure. I found this to be extremely expensive considering the scaling only took about an hour to do. I did talk to the office manager and I said what about the 20% off and she said there is no 20% off for scaling which I found odd because they advertise 20% off your treatment program. I would assume that would include scaling also which basically is a deep cleaning of the teeth. I understand everybody needs to make money but considering I had no dental insurance and I was a self-paid customer that this was an extremely expensive bill. The office manager did offer me 20% off the cavity fillings which I was pleased with. But overall I feel the price for the work I got done was extremely high. I recommend coming here if you actually have dental insurance or if money isn't a factor for you. But if you don't have insurance and you're paying out of pocket this establishment is extremely high for a self-paying customer.

I had an 8am appointment and was there on time. I spent an hour and 40 minutes between the waiting room, the dental chair and the treatment review. I spent exactly 12 minutes of that entire time with the dentist. The rest was waiting. If I hadn’t already had the X-rays and my mouth didn’t hurt so bad…I would have left. There is absolutely no reason give or acceptable to make someone wait that long.

The entire staff is fantastic. My daughter had been in so much pain and no other dentist office would even see her. Aspen dental fit her in immediately and scheduled the necessary treatment for the same day. I highly recommend this office!!!

Omg the staff were so understanding I got my appointment time messed it was 4pm and I got there at 5pm( because during my appt schedule I informed the receptionist I will be able to get there at 5pm since I will be coming from work which is in Lancaster, she said okay but on the computer she had me for 4pm) but the manager still went ahead to let the receptionist check me in, they were very approachable. Dentist was very very nonjudgmental to which I was very happy about was able to help me with my teeth issues. The receptionist and manager even stayed after office hours to take care of my insurance issues, I felt so bad but they were so awesome. Definitely recommend this location to everyone.
