Purchased a washer, dryer and 2 pedestals from BB about 2.5 weeks ago. While the in-store transaction was seamless, there seems to be a major disconnect with their warehousing/shipping/delivery not once but twice. What is rather upsetting is the lack of care or concern from either Customer Service in the store or via the 800 number, esp with this being a rather large sale. How does a delivery that is scheduled for the second time get sent out WITHOUT the product is beyond me... unfortunately based on this experience as well as what our delivery men told us, we will take our purchases elsewhere.

Changed from in store pickup to curbside. The employee that was handling the curbside orders was fast and on point. From the time I arrived, switched to curbside, was loaded, and left was 15 minutes. And that's a stretch.

Was in the store on Saturday to buy a new TV. Large selection and good prices. Jason, the sales associate, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional and pleasant. Would definitely buy products here again.

Try calling the store to see if they can help.
We do trade ins you can always bring the computer in for a quote and if it isnt able to be traded in it can always be recycled for free.
Its best to call your nearest store and find out about the camera and the answer to your app question too. I've had a bit of a hard time with their online app too..
If you call the store before you go in, an associate should be able to give you that information.
The pen is not required to pay online nor does it affect the functionality of the device. It is just a value added component.

The only replacements they do is if you buy an after market screen protector and purchase a installation plan. But not actual cell phone screens by themselves.
They can print it at the store. The can track the purchase using your Credit card or your phone number.
