Great service when you at the store! We applied for their credit card, they never send us one. We call, call and call to make payment but no card number so we have to wait for card. They resent 2 time. Finally no card and if we want to make payment we have to pay fee because late payment. The phone service is mean very mean!!!!

Honestly one of my favorite Express stores. Customer service is always good (in my opinion). Uncluttered, spacious, and overall a good experience for this area. I’ve been to KOP express and i don’t feel the same energy, nor receive the same level of customer service

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 60 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores. We will not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores, or in stores outside the U.S. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
