I stopped in here today with my mother she got a upgrade from her old flip phone from 3G to 4G they gave herba new flip phone. She had to stop at the store because customer service could not help her transfer her phone numbers to the new phone. When we got there they told us oh we are unable to help you here at this store no local store in our locations do that any more I asked them why did they not allow her to get the new iPhone cause she would be interested in that. And the latest commercial stage that any customer knew a customer new present or old is allowed to get the new iPhone on them. She then tells me that commercial is not true it is for certain customers not all customers.. What kind of racket is this Verizon running. I am trying to get my mom to switch to metro they will be better for her

If they let you rste ZERO I would have. 2.5 hours the other night via Verizon text help, delayed responses and rounding in circles, seemingly to get you to hang up. THEN today, store in Springridge taking advantage of elderly lady saying we cant do the update fix because you need to be over 50% charge, when she got home it was 87%... shame on them.

This place SUCKS. Rude people, wasted time being there they didn't fix issue. They are quick to take your money, Poor on helping you solve problem. Save your money any other phone company is better then Verizon

What a WASTE OF TIME all because of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a lack of communication. I show up 10 am Saturday morning because my phone is broken. No other customers are in the store and yet the staff tell me there's a 30-45 minute wait until the next available appointment. So I wait 30 minutes and stare at the staff looking at their phones. It's very clear they're not doing anything productive. 30 minutes go by and when the staff says okay, what can I help you with, I reply "I need a new phone." Oh we'll have to order that for you, SORRY WE DON'T CARRY PHONES HERE...What kind of Verizon PHONE store NOT have any PHONES? The staff are incredibly unprofessional and I would NOT recommend your family to rely on this establishment.
