The lady was judgmental and was not a very good host. How does a person know if they like an instrument if said instrument can’t be played? If that’s how you treat customers I would suggest them elsewhere. I sold my instruments at the same shop I spent 1300 at yesterday.

Terrible customer service. Do not buy from the store. No returns even if the item is broken right out of the packaging. Staff has a temper. Don't waist your time here.

I went into Brian's today and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. I don't know her name but I know she is the owner. She was very knowledgeable about every item in the store. She handed me a guitar (I came in for cables and strings) that was just perfect. I'll be saving my pennies for that one! Thank you for your many years of service to Bend Oregon.

My entire experience at this store was 5 seconds long. Probably the worst first impression I’ve ever gotten from a store and it wasn’t even the products. Strictly just the people here apparently have no care for customer service. At all. I walk in and this is my first time in this store ever, and I’m taking a look around and notice they have a lot of guitar products, which I was looking for a usb to auxiliary cord for mine. After about two steps in the conversation goes like this. Lady behind the counter: “Hello” Me: “Howdy!” Lady: “is there anything I can help you find today” Me: “yeah actually I’m looking for a cable that’s USB to-“ Lady: “NO” Me: “it’s a USB to Auxiliary-“ Lady: “NO” Me: “alright have a good day.” Lady: “BYE” I wish I got her name because she was so short with me and super rude! AVOID this store if you can, there’s plenty of other music stores in Bend. NEVER again am I coming back to this store! First impressions are everything and she blew it out of the water. I don’t care what amazing instruments they may carry, once you show me disrespect like that you don’t deserve a single customer. 1 star only because I can’t leave zero Upon reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one with this experience. It’s all true, the condescending tone, the acting like you’re an inconvenience to her time, the straight up rudeness. After reading these reviews it’s clear they will try and push the blame onto me when what they should do is take this criticism they keep getting as a sign that they should change their attitude towards their customers. Especially if they want to get new ones. Maybe keep the wife at home or in the office part of the job and away from the customers, because she’s costing you money with that sour attitude. Got my cord at Sundays guitars by the way. AMAZING people and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
