This is a true gem to visit. Only an hour out of Milwaukee and *so* worth the drive. An immersion into nature and a contemplative haven. Beautifully designed and meticulously maintained garden vignettes, meandering paths, ponds, bridges, waterfalls and plenty of seating along the way—thanks to colorful Adirondack chairs thoughtfully place at the waters edge and benches throughout the gardens inscribed with inspirational quotes. I am looking forward to going back. Soon.

We went for the light show! It was absolutely beautiful! So thankful we got to go back in December. I truly look forward to seeing the gardens this summer as well!

Went here for the first time to see the holiday lights, very nice display through the garden. Plenty of spots to take pictures. You can walk through at your own pace, plenty to see, good value for your money. Make sure you plan for the weather it is all outside, so dress your little ones warm if need be.

I agree. I'd call the botanical garden. You will likely get an accurate answer as well as some advice on where to buy and how to care for it.

The route uses almost all of the garden as well as the new wellness garden. Probably over one mile in total distance
The gardens are still beautiful. The light show is wonderful. It is November 23, 24, 25, 30 and December 6-9, 13-16, 20-23, 27-30. The hours are 4: 30-9pm.
They sell the tickets at the entrance on the main building. Everything is clearly marked.
