After going through the hiring process I was given a start date, on the night before I was to start I became very ill after a close family member had a + Covid test, I emailed right away and was offered a different starting date. It doesn’t get better than this, what an awesome company and I can’t wait for my new start date to become part of this business.

Delivered here today. To my surprise the door had a sign on it saying drivers and outside employees are not allowed to use a restroom. They do not have an alternative portable bathroom to use, and recommend I drive to a gas station. I understand, with the mass hysteria, but it is illegal to not have an option. I’m a human being, not an animal.

I have not worked (only training) at facility due to Covid. I was a little nervous about working from home with this being a completely new experience for me. The support that is available is excellent to help me pass great customer service on to the customers. Benefits from day 1 which is a bonus!

This job and their management was so mentally abusive and strenuous that I honestly 100 percent wanted to commit suicide, their management is atrocious and does not care about their employees. I could not believe how un human they could be, they want you to be robots basically, there are people listening to your calls 24/7 and if you dont say what they want you to say word for word then your scores will go down drastically and they will threaten to fire you. Highly do not reccomend, this job couldve made me kill myself if I didn't find a better job.
