Maybe they improved their method and rapidity of test results due to all the previous past reviews, but we had great success. Directions were clearly given as to how to swab our nostrils. We were in and out in half hour. Within 12 hours, results were emailed to us.

Do not go here…totally disorganized and staff is somewhat rude and mishandles samples. We weren’t even given instructions on how to properly swab and I’m convinced my samples were messed up by their lack of proper handling. I went for the PCR and rapid tests on 12/20 and still do not have my PCR results on 12/28 despite them telling me 3-4 days for results. Totally unacceptable turnaround time and my rapid results were incorrect when compared with a separate PCR and rapid test. I’m convinced they’re just trying to collect government/insurance money for the tests. Avoid!

Was told 24 hrs for rapid test and 4 days for PCR. 2+ days later and still no results for either test. Phone number on this Google posting takes you to a cell voicemail. If you call the headquarters in Illinois wait time to get through is quoted at over 4 hrs. Ended up paying for another rapid test elsewhere and received results in 15 minutes...so this ended up to be a waste of a time and an extra two nose swabs.

This is where we went, no appointment needed! The people working there are legit angels with amazingly positive spirits and great senses of humor, which made the wait and the whole process much more bearable However, it’s not organized in terms of the lack of directions on the process, so here it is: - go up to the front and scan the QR code - fill out the form on your phone - go back up and show them you registered - then they fill out a piece of paper and give it to the nurse - then you wait on the left side for your name to be called - they call in groups and hand out the swabs - do 2 swabs - they collect 1 at a time And then you’re all done. I would say all in all it took us about an hour to get everything figured out and get through all of it. When you go, please wear a mask and be super nice to the people working there, they are really wonderful!

Yes depending on where you go
A pleasure to help you, the result of the PCR is in two days and the Antigen in 10 minutes, it is delivered through a link by text message or by email.
yes they do
We need testing to go on a cruise from Ft. Lauderdale. There are four of us in our family and we are Canadians? Are the tests free? How long until we get results for an antigen test?
Not sure. They asked us if we were going to be traveling, we weren't, butvI don't know why they asked.
Yes
