I made an appt for a drug test here and super happy with the service. I easily checked in and was attended to very quickly. The staff was super nice, everyone seemed happy to be there and I was out in 15 minutes. These clinics are usually rude but I will always return to this one and recommend it to others. Gracias!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady that was taking the drug test sample was so rude on fire like her short RED hair she needs to take customer service classes from the guy at the front that didn't speak English but was very nice and professional. He is younger and you would think an older lady would have learned through the years and in this profession to be nicer however she was very rude and snappy speaking to me rudely when simply asked why were they sending me to re do my drug test. She was even sending me to another labcorp and telling me to "calm down," I was not hyped or excited and regardless that's no way to treat the customer she should know she works with people so maybe she's burned out. When you work with the public you need to be nicer and show empathy instead of giving attitude that makes the place and yourself look bad no wonder this place has such bad reviews.
