I had my green card marriage based interview here in the month of April 2022. The security process and checks were quick (once you had all of your paperwork and no illegal items on your possession) and the guards were polite. The interview went well (lasted about 45 - 50 mins) and the officer was very thorough as he was just doing his due diligence. The staff at this location were very warm, friendly and polite to my husband, no complaints here.

Some do. But if she's not 100 percent, bring a translator.

The worst customer service in the world they have is that they are disappointed in the truth. They are located in Hialeah and even the Hispanics who work there are racists with those who do not speak Spanish, and they all have an incredible bad attitude.
