I had an appointment. Checked in via link. It said to wait where ever. Then they finally sent a text where it said to come im. Lady told me I had to check in again. I did and waited. No one called. 6 people have gone before me and some walk ins. I am still waiting as I type this. I told the lady and she said I have to wait till after the walk in that just came in. I been here for an hour. *update: after getting up a second time and actually speaking to some one different theu took me in. The lady that took me next was site lead she was polite and apoligized for the other nurse. They put that they had called me but I had not received a call from them just a text.

I have been to this location maybe 4 times and each has been a different experience. I would say do not come here without an appointment or your visit will be long; parking at the Hialeah hospital garage is expensive per hour $4. If you do have an appointment do expect an extra wait of 30 mins to an hour, it honestly depends on how busy it is inside. In regards to receiving your regular blood labs expect 1 to 2 days. Lastly from what I’ve seen the earlier the appointment the better.
