This was a makeup dinner for the in laws, who got frozen out by insane air conditioning last time. Olive Garden gave us a gift certificate to make up for that. Dinner was the usual generic Italian. Edible, nothing to write home about. It was warm enough this time. In laws enjoyed the dinner.

My friend and I went to Olive Garden Brea Mall today. I ordered Shrimp Scampi with some shrimp as an appetizer, while she chose chicken parmesan. The waiter was nice, however he forgot to bring us the appetizer but instead served us salad and soup. We received our food 25-30 minutes later, and after 3-5 spoons, I found HAIR (Female hair) in my food. I called the manager, and he came to find the hair, but he never apologized and it seemed like something normal for Mr Jack Win. he offered to replace the plate, but I said no, I don't need this gross frozen hairy food, and please remove it from the bill. Later, I researched other reviews and found that this isn't the first time they've done something like this; they're well-known for it.

Absolutely wonderful service our service Nancy was absolutely wonderful and kind she was very helpful. The place was very clean the food was delicious we will definitely be back.
