My experience here is very unpleasant. This place is extremely unprofessional. The girl with black hair is the rudest worker ever. All I needed was to get a collared shirt and a jacket, and she decided to be the most unhelpful person in the world. This place definitely needs HIGHER training immediately in customer service. This mens wear house is rated so low as well “I can see why”. Never will I ever return here. I also recommend for everyone never to even step foot in the door.

I was in desperate need of a suit. Got called last minute for an interview and had no suit. Young white blonde lady asked when I needed it, I said "Monday" she proceeds to walk around the counter and looks at her co-worker and loudly says "How annoying." Felt disrespected, and should have walked out but i needed the suit. Very unprofessional.

This place is gross. I don't know why anyone would chose a place that clearly doesn't wash the sample shirts for fittings. They had me try on shirts with yellowing and browning from being worn without washing properly. I was legit gonna walk out, but had to get over it for my friend's wedding. They had no actual selection of the sample shirts for the ones that are actually being used in the wedding, so I had to try on a different shirt. Same with the shoes. Hope the actual shoes fit when they arrive. The fitting room is ATROCIOUS. if it wasn't because my friend's getting married, I'd have opted out of this place. See the pictures. Their signs say they are committed to clean fitting rooms, but the clumped up dirt along the edge tells me they do the bare minimum of cleaning. Lastly, you have to return the rentals the day after the wedding/party. Seriously, they do know adults drink, and are probably too hungover to want to go return a suit the next day? I'm sure they know that, and take advantage of that fact, so they charge you $25 per day if you don't return the rental the say after. Too bad I don't have a hand in wedding planning. I would've preferred to go to Macy's and just buy the suits.

Needed a Suit that fit me really nice and didn't know where to go. For a first time getting something tailored, they helped tremendously. It was quick and easy. They seemed to be very professional. Took about 2 weeks to get my suit tailored and it looks and fits nice. Pricing was also excellent for the style and fit.
