I love Redbike. Super convenient right next to my house. Front desk is super friendly, instructors are THE BEST. Bonez and Eddy are my favorites, such a great energy, great playlists, always so encouraging. Albert, the owner, is very nice and accommodating. Do yourselves a favor and start your days with them at 7am, it’s life changer! Thanks Redbike!

Fantastic energy at this studio! The instructor’s enthusiasm was contagious and made the class sooooo fun. I went with two friends who had never tried spinning before & they said it was the most incredible workout they’d ever done! Moreover the Studio was clean and the bikes were in excellent condition. If I ever move to Miami I’ll definitely get a membership!

I LOVE spinning at redbike!! The classes are fun, upbeat, great music, good lighting, etc - it’s like you’re dancing in a club, but on a bike! Definitely the best way to decompress after work on a weeknight or to get ready for the weekend on a Saturday morning. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the instructors strike the perfect balance between motivating you to push yourself while also encouraging you to do what you’re comfortable with. Shoutout to my girl Dani who is a fantastic instructor and makes every class a PARTY with your workout!!!

I've been spinning with RedBike studios for a month and I absolutely love it!!! I'm lucky enough to have the Midtown and Aventura locations close to home and my job, which works magically with my crazy schedule and long commute. They have an app that allows you to RSVP or cancel in three seconds! RedBike it's a professional, inclusive with a relaxed and happy vibe! Ana the manager in Aventura does an amazing job! Steffi, Sofia and Andrea have always a welcoming smile and the four of them make a terrific team, at the end of the class they greet you with super cold lavender wet towels that make you feel in heaven. The instructors are amazing, in Aventura I have been in classes with Monica, Amy and Laurel, all of them are so good, I sweat like crazy and have fun all the time. In 45 minutes you move your entire body! I'm a super busy mom with a full time job and being able to do a workout that I love and help me with my arms, legs and all my body! In the Midtown location the girls are amazing too, here you can see Albert, the owner that is the nicest, approachable and super professional person ever! Brandon is amazing and I love his style too! Just for the record I bike and I have practice spinning in different places and RedBike studios it's absolutetlyyy the BEST! I highly recommend this place to everybody from 15 to 80 all shapes and levels of spinning! You pay for your membership and can attend the different locations. My advice is to choose the as many classes plan! With the spinning and a healthy diet, I lost in a month seven lbs. without starving and suffering, looking to loose twenty more while I enjoy, keep healthy and feel accomplished!

Do you provide shoes?

Yes, we provide cycling shoes for our indoor cycling classes that clip into our bikes. We use SPD SL clips, and a few bikes support both SPD SL and regular SPD clips. Be sure to call to request the regular SPD compatible bikes if you want to bring your own SPD shoes. Don’t forget to bring socks!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class start time. If it’s your first time at RedBike, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior.

What if I arrive late?

It is recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class. However, we understand that you may be delayed. In the case that you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time of class for your reserved spot, it may be given to someone on the waitlist. Classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance.

Wear comfortable exercise clothes you can easily ride in. Be sure to bring socks. We provide clip-in SPD SL cycling shoes.

How old do I have to be to take a RedBike class?

One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. If you’re a beginner, you can adjust the resistance level on the bike to suit your abilities and go at your own pace. Don’t worry about the choreography your first time and just have fun! We promise it gets easier the more you ride, and you will be hitting all the moves in no time.

Our standard 45 min classes are made for and welcome all fitness level types. However, we do offer a 60-minute champion classes for a more intense experience, as well as other themed rides that focus on weights.

Yes, we provide dumbbells for a complete body workout. Plus, you will be working your arms and abs long before the weights portion of each class, as our choreography takes advantage of both the bike and your own body weight to give you a complete workout every time.

How many calories will I burn in one class?

This will depend on your body, as well as how much you exert yourself during class. On average, indoor cycling classes can burn from 400-700 calories per 45-minute workout.

Can I take a RedBike class if I'm pregnant?

We recommend you check with your doctor before riding at RedBike if pregnant. Doctors do not advise trying a new workout while pregnant, especially something as intensive as cycling. That said, we have many pregnant women who ride right up to their due date, and you can continue to take classes as long as you are comfortable.

Do you have locker rooms and showers?

Yes, we have lockers with digital locks, so no need to BYO-lock. We have separate changing rooms for women and men, as well as showers stocked with hygiene products.
