The service is very slow and you have to fill out many paperwork. Customer service is good.

Hate this place. Sketchy neighborhood. Long waiting times. Looks like they can't clean their reception area. Uncomfortable seats. Rude attendants. Decent service from the counselors. I wish you the best of luck in going through your program.

The waiting room can get full so take a book to read in case the wait is long but they do their job as quickly and efficiently as possible while being polite and professional about it. Come prepared with all necessary papers. A good service provider.

how much i have to pay to star my dui class

Thank you for your question. Advocate Program operates a DUI School licensed by the State of Florida. The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles sets the price for DUI Schools. They should be the same no matter where you enroll. Current price set for Level 1 (First time DUI) is $295. This includes the enrollment, testing, evaluation, and 12 hour course. The school will facilitate referrals and reports your completion to the state. The costs does not include the cost of substance abuse treatment should you be required to complete that. I hope this is helpful.
