I wish that I could give zero stars, or negative stars. I would HIGHLY not recommend these apartments, mainly because of the staff. One member in particular, named Lori, is very rude and unprofessional. I lived at the complex in 2019 for two months before I turned in a room mate release form, signed by both my room mate and I, they gave me a copy, and I thought it was done. I stopped receiving their emails because I was taken off of the lease. My room mate, owes money to them, and I am just now finding this out after checking my credit. They are billing me and state that they have lost my form and there is nothing else that I can do unless I can find my copy of the form. I pray that I do find it, but it shouldn’t have to come to this. They should be more organized and less negligent with very important documents that could impact somebody’s credit and livelihood for years to come. Anyway, if you like living in a complex managed by unorganized crooks, then this is the place for you. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and the pool is nice but the staff who run this place are incompetent at best.

I absolutely love living here! Best community I have ever lived in. Maintenance is super friendly and quick to respond. All the office staff is happy and actually enjoy their jobs. They are always so happy and make me feel welcomed. I would give this place a 10/10.

My wife and I did a tour at Tuscany apartments and our experience was great. The leasing officer Desmond was phenomenal. We can’t wait to join the community.

Tuscany is easily the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Management is a joke. Maintenance is all extremely rude. I pay way too much money for outdated appliances that don't work. Half of the doors into the building don't lock (super safe). Cars are broken into and nothing is done about because apparently the cameras aren't good enough to see anything (so why even have them?) Snow is not properly removed of and you should just "be careful" to avoid slipping on ice. The biggest joke of an apartment complex.
