My fiance had passed out and was having fluttering or a weird sensation in his chest. We went into the hospital it took us 4 hours to be seen. They never drew any blood work, they took his vitals and sent him back out to the waiting room. The exam rooms are dirty and the check in staff are rude.

I know some great nurses that work at Nason that are compassionate and great at their job. However, if you need ER care I would never recommend them again. Even when they were busy they used to be on top of things. Not anymore. Sat there over 7 hours and still wasnt registered. Was at least given a room after 5 hours but no one ever came back to bring a blanket or check on us in the remaining time. If someone was there and alone and had a medical emergency, no one would know until it was too late. When I asked for a time estimate I was given attitude and told they had no idea. They said if I didnt want to wait I could always check out. That's what we did.

Just left this poor excuse for a hospital because of terrible wait times. 3 year old daughter was screaming and crying because her head her so bad and she is prone to ear infections. Waited over an hour with only two people ahead of us. The one said she has been waiting for over 3 hours and her poor son had a broken arm!!! His arm was bent and contorted in the worst way and STILL they made THEM wait that long. Whether they were seen or not, idk. It's ridiculous and should be ashamed. I went to use the bathroom and you can hear them through the walls laugh, carrying on and talking politics. I'll be making several phone calls including patient relations.
