Do not know who puts five stars, it should be minus five, ten, one hundred. this is not a gas station, just a parking lot. filling stations do not work there and showers do not work for more than three years.

Well I couldn't help noticed the employees wearing shirts that said proudly serving drivers, let me tell you that they seem to take that to heart, everyone in their staff was polite and friendly, and I also told him that we appreciate your service as well!!!

This is happening more often anymore at this location. From what the young lady working “Chris” said all the roller grills are out of service and the hot plate had no food in it as well as the fast food place was closed. How are us truckers supposed to get something to eat???

I recently stopped there. I do not recall seeing an American flag flying, but also, I do not recall seeing a flagpole either.
Truthfully,. I don't know what the WIFI quality is like. My sister and I only stop at Pilot for gas if price is lower than the stations in Cumberland where we live or for bathroom breaks as we travel to Rockwood PA to visit our older Sister and her family. I only take my phone with me if I go by myself and that's rare. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I don't believe so they don't offer it on the website. I parked in there a couple times in a spot smart reserved and there were no posted signs like they have in other pilots.
