While I genuinely loved the work done for my tattoo, the environment present when walking in was incredibly unwelcoming. They wouldn’t acknowledge me and acted as if I was a bother. When given a quote for a simple all black tattoo I was given an incredibly high quote for a simple tattoo. An agreement was made but the energy and vibe given off the moment I walked in was uncomfortable to say the least, especially for a service that can be considered scary to some guests.

Don’t go here for nose piercings. The piercing they use is too small for the hole to heal properly. Mine came out halfway on its own, I immediately called asking what to do and the clerk who answered was incredibly unhelpful and then started talking about another fee I would have to pay. Was never able to get it all the way back in and ended up taking it out. A complete waste of money and time

Well I got my first tattoo here. We went over details and everything more than once , in which I loved. The tattoo itself is great and exactly what i wanted but it wasn’t until it was over I realized they used the wrong color ink. I specifically stated I wanted my tattoo to be all red ink. I guess my artist wasn’t relayed the message from the lady in the front, neither did he confirm. Overall, I cried about it because I’m upset it’s the wrong color. But it still looks nice .

I had an incredible experience here! Everyone was absolutely lovely but especially my tattoo artist, Chelsie. In getting my first tattoo, I was incredibly nervous (I have needle issues) and she was so patient and kind and fun and helped take my mind of my anxieties. The work she did is immaculate and I could not imagine a better experience getting a tattoo. I would recommend this place to everyone and 10/10 the entire experience was amazing.
