REP (Ceasar) applied an option without my permission - an extra fee for currency conversation 3% by Avis plus I had to pay a bank fee for transaction in not my credit card currency. petty dirty trick UPD. They asked me here, and I sent them the details. And as usual, I've got a standard pattern answer from the SMM-department. Without any attempt to fix it. Okay, plus 7-9% to total price wasn't so much, but you know guys in this area, there are another two rentals, where I've not met such tricks.

Avis/Budget has great rates but a limited selection of cars. The manager is a great guy though and does his best to accommodate the customer with his limited stock on hand. Cars are always in good condition and I will keep using this company.
