Funko Hollywood was a definite must-visit for us, as my daughter is a huge collector of Funko Pops. We were especially excited to turn ourselves into custom Pop figures which you can only do in store. They only make a certain amount per day and the line is always full. We went as soon as the store opened and put our names on the list and waited about half an hour. Creating the personalised pops is simple using the touchscreens available. When you finish, you are given a ticket which you hand to the pop makers who create your pop within 15 minutes and hand you a ticket to pick up and pay for it at the check-out counter. It was a lot of fun, as is the whole store which has amazing giant pop displays. They also have a lot of exclusive items only available in store. You don’t need to purchase anything to experience the fun of this huge and fun place.

This place is absolutely insane and is basically a big toy museum meets store. There are so many curator spaces for pictures and pretty much every category of pop culture, everything from 90s to Marvel to every Disney character and exclusive Funko creations. They also have an area where you can customize your own toy figurine and many people design one looking like themselves. They sell pretty much all the Funko big head collectibles, plus some posters, and the Soda Can figurines, and some blind bags. This space is large and there is so much to look at so plan 30 minutes to a hour+ to shop and get all your photos.

WOW! This place is cool. Free entry and totally worth the wait. If you even remotely like Funko merchandise then you will love this store. It is one of the best shopping experiences ever! From Disney, to Harry Potter, to The Justice League! This place has it all! Great place to look at for gift giving or for simply getting stuff for yourself. Come with a group and I’m sure they’ll be impressed. I’ve been back multiple times this past year and it never gets old!

Love this place! Tons of photo opportunities in a really fun environment and the option to create your own Funko pop is a really cool feature. Wait times can get pretty long for the personalized Funko so try to sign up for a slot as soon as you get there to save time.

The above answer is incorrect. We only take credit cards and mobile payment.
Yes. Normally there is a line to wait get in because they are keeping the store socially distant. Also masks are required for ages 3+. So make sure everyone has their mask.
I went last week and there is a line formed outside to get in but it went really quick
11 dollars
Send them an email, reply time is less than 24hrs
Permanent store!
On the 18 grand opening but wait to after the 18th to don't feel rush or crowded
You design your avatar in store on a computer. You pick it up in about 30 minutes after you submit your design. There is some amount of customization, but not infinitely customizable (eg there are just 4 skin tones, maybe 6 or 10 hair styles)
They usually post info regarding lines on their Facebook page. I just checked and you can’t line up prior to 7am per their post from 1 hour ago.
Just like any other store you go into, stay 6 ft away from people. ALWAYS wear your mask in the store even when taking pictures. They have hand sanitizer around the store too.
No
No refunds at all !!!!! So check box make sure you're pop is exactly what you want! On paint job and box!🤬👍😊
You should be able to use the wagon, however the store gets quite crowded, and may be a bit much for someone with sensory sensitivities. Try to go during off peak times.
There is a parking garage underneath the store. You can have your ticket validated inside the Funko store.
No, and no appointments are needed. Anyone can come in during business hours to shop or just see the decorations.
I would give the store a call for that one we had our stuff inside of our vehicle. They might have a place to hold it but I would call and check before
depending on the people waiting I waited 1 hour but it could take up to 2.
no
No, no mask requirement
Try Funko.com, they have some of the one's that come from Funko Hollywood.
No. We do not take reservations for the Pop! People experience.
We went when it opened on a Saturday a few weeks ago at 10:30 and there was no one in line when we left afternoon it was a line of people waiting to get in a queue. Highly suggested you're going on a weekend to make sure you get there 11:00 11:30 at the latest
As soon as you walk in, put your name in the queue
They have a 90 mins parking under the Dunkin donuts next door. If you make a 20$ purchase at Funko store, they validate the parking .
A mask is not required, staff is not asking people to wear masks, and you do not need a negative test to enter.
The line for building your own Funko is inside. The line outside the building is for entering, sometimes they have a line for exclusive releases, sometimes it's for social distancing and to prevent the place from overcrowding. It's worth the wait though, the place is really cool.
They did not ask for proof of vaccinations, but you are required to wear your face mask at all times. I took my mask off to take a picture and an employee came up to me pretty quick to tell me that I had to leave it on at times inside the store
No ...but u need 2 wear a mask 😷
Not at this time. But thing could change.
The price is 25$ and you can make 2 by person, but need to enter a list of wait for few hours and he text you when you can enter to the line.
The W hotel is a block away
I'm pretty sure you do
Just mask. Card are extra credit or people get comfortable being around you.
No reservations but there is a line. Just proof of vaccination since your inside the store and their is quite a few people inside at the same time.
Some restaurants require a vaccine for sitting inside. This is correct for September, check if this didn't change.
No they are usually closed Monday and Tuesdays
No charge to enter, sometimes there is a line to enter but it's fun and free! Unless of course you walk out with a bag of goodies like we did 😊
There is metered parking right on the street but is scarce... I usually use the parking lot right accross the street from it... Is convenient and is not so expensive. Plus you can use an app and get it cheaper. Details for app right on parking lot.
You have to get there super early if you are interested in doing the custom Pop. We went on Sunday. We arrived at 8:15 and we were the last in the 2nd group to make a pop. We got in the bldg around 10:30. We were done with everything around 12:30. And our Pops turned out great! Despite the wait, it was a fun day, especially for my son, who loves Funko! Quick tip: park across the street next to Fonda Theatre, it's $20 to park all day. Bring folding chairs. We did and because I was parked so close, I was able to run the chairs to the car before we went in. The chairs and umbrella made the long wait more comfortable.
When I went in late June/early July, it was 2.
We got in line about 945. It was a weekday though
I don't think the life-size Pops are move much?
Ppl are camping over night
Yes they give you an estimated time to let you know how long it will be before it's your turn. Just don't go to far because the traffic is crazy.
I believe it’s about $25 or so to make one there.
It's 2 of the same one.
We just visited Funko Hollywood last Sunday, great experience. We got in line at 11 waited for 45 mins to get into Funko then you want to head to the Pop Yourself area inside to put yourself on the list that way you reserve your spot because they go very fast. Then you can walk around and enjoy the experience and shop, we surprised our 13 yr old son who's wanted to go he was really surprised and overwhelmed with the experience but he loved it.
No.
People line up before opening to buy limited edition items or get in the queue to make your own Funko. If you don't plan to make your own Funko you can show up about an hour or two after opening and just walk into the store to shop with no wait.
Got you broskii
Bring your lawn chair
In line when paying. They have some. They are mainly organized by sections inside. Ex: Disney .. Marvel
I didn't see it
I belive its $11 + tax
The pop of Cara dune has been canceled due to the events with actress. She might be on ebay or whatnot for a high price
They have specials on keychains, plush, and I forgot what else but not the funko pops
At the beginning because people are trying to get appointments for the build your own.
Alibaba.com..you can buy for 100..pz cheap
Thanks for answering Michele!
a customized funko pop you create of your own character is $25 plus tax.
Service Animals are allowed
No tickets needed. It is just an amazing store. The line on the weekend is pretty long. The manager told us to come back on Thursday which usually has the shortest line. He was right. We pretty much walked right in. My family and I had a blast!
If you plan to make a custom pop figure they recommend you arrive before 11 since they do have long lines and limited slots
It should be still open. Went yesterday. The wait for the entire process was pretty long though.
Yes they do. Just went today. Be prepared to wait though.
Yes. They typically open at noon. We just visited the store on Wednesday 12/09/2020.
On their website under about us a section called "know before you go" what it says about photography Customers are asked to please not kiss, hug, touch or sit in or on any of our displays. The displays have been marked with footprints for photo opportunities. Customers are responsible for taking their own photographs.
You can walk inside but theres gonna be a line limited people can go in
yes. Closed Monday and Tuesday
We are currently open 12-6 Wed-Sun. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Yes, it's a store so there is no fee to get in. The bigger Pops can reach $30, as usual. But you are not obligated to buy haha
no they don't, unfortunately
Ask a store staff
Store exclusive purchase only. Not available online.
And more! Make sure you walk around twice just in case you missed something.
Not free parking, but there are pay lots in and around the building

They're there to buy, but they'll most likely sell out in a few weeks
Yes there is a make your own funko station, I believe it costs 15 dollars but it comes with a pop, accessories and a box
It's open for regular business now.
Yes. According to the description, it's a Funko Hollywood HQ exclusive. Keep checking on the price though, they typically go down after a few weeks and months.
You had to get a ticket except they sold out in 15 minutes ...so
