BLUESberry pancakes - 5 🌟! Side of over medium eggs - 5 🌟! If you have never been to Griddle Cafe before, be forewarned they serve the largest stack of pancakes I have ever seen in Los Angeles, and honestly, anywhere I've been. This definitely a positive though. I went for blueberry pancakes which are packed with, fresh juicy blueberries and topped with a sweet, blueberry sour cream topping. I added some maple syrup because I'm Canadian and I sort of have to have maple syrup. I added a side of perfectly cooked over medium eggs to add some savory balance to my meal. I only managed to finish one and one third of the three pancakes and that left me very satisfied and slightly stuffed. The people next to me shared their pancake stack which is probably the way to go. I knew what I was getting into because I've been here before so no regrets at all.

Wonderful views, 10/10 decor and great food! This cafe has arguably the best location of any restaurant in LA. You probably will have to wait 2 hours+ but it is worth it. Make sure to get the pancakes because the portions are huge. The staff are lovely too. I strongly recommend this place for brunch!

Great breakfast spot with stunning views of the city. It is located in the same building as the Yamashiro Japanese restaurant. Food was excellent and the service was very good. Deducted 1 star since the server neglected to tell us the pancakes are ENORMOUS and cannot be finished by one person. We ordered several for our party not knowing this and it was a huge waste.

Went here twice in one weekend while visiting Hollywood and universal studios. The only thing better than the patio view was the food! You need to either pay the $10 to valet your car, or hike up the hill if you can find somewhere to park at the bottom.I would recommend the tequila sunrise breakfast. So good I had it both times! If you go on the weekend expect to wait an hour unless you show up very early. While waiting you can sit at any of the tables from yashimuro sushi (it's in the same location). The garden is fun to check out, and there is a walk up bar near the garden. Don't forget to say hi to Buddha and put a coin on his belly!

So what is your question
Yes
Sign in and then stand in line/wait in the area
There is parking at the back behind the Rite Aid next to The Griddle Cafe. The lot is free for customers at both locations. Once you park around you have to walk around to the front to talk to host for seats.
I had no wait and the portions are huge.
Wasn't on the menu the last time I went (2months ago). Now I'm curious how long ago they served it...?
Yes, well mannered leashed dogs are allowed in outside seating
They have moved locations during the pandemic. You can find them at Yamashiro in the Hollywood Hills.
I wanted to give you a more satisfactory answer, but afyer thinking about it, you would have to go to a different neighborhood for that.
I do not believe But try calling
Not really sure
there's a few tables outside. I'm sure they'll be willing to accommodate.
Duh, if you want "Soul Food " , then go to that kind of Restaurant. Pretty much a "No Brainer "
Nope. Show up early and with all your party for the best wait times
Yes they are
We went on a weekday morning. No wait.
I'd say by 1130... food is so good!
And that's a shame because they have about 10 pancake options and it seems like one of them would be vegan.
Its the best bteakfest place i have ever gone to.
Yes
Yes they are. They are incredible. But beware they are huge.
