Absolutely horrible service. I’ve had an absolutely horrible week with a move-in falling through meaning I have spent over a hundred dollars on gas money moving things out of the apartment I was supposed to move into. When I went to the UPS store to return some things I had bought for the apartment they told me I needed to buy packaging for one of the boxes and the box FOR THE BOX which clearly confused me because I have never had to do that before. They said that there were different qr codes and that I should have read the instructions. Two of the male employees not only said under their breath “maybe you should try reading the instructions next time” which humiliated me but then after I paid for the box even though I could have used that money for gas which is expensive nowadays the other male employee (the third one) called to me in a mocking tone “why you gotta be like that?” I’ve never felt more humiliated and degraded as a customer and I work in the service industry myself. This was a horrible experience and the three male employees treated me like trash. Absolutely awful store with terrible employees.

Adam helped me with dropping off a router and even printed out a small shipping label at no extra cost. The package was also not taped or anything and he took care of it. Great location and service, recommend. Thanks Adam!

Absolutely Amazing team @ this location. Always so accommodating and most of all patient. You find yourself going into these places semi confused … but they sure do help ease things up for you. I’ll see you soon UPS STORE. my wife likes to have me stop by quite often to drop off all the Amazon returns here. GREAT location to keep in mind. And all of you people leaving bad reviews due to parking … relax … don’t do it

This UPS Store helps me with all of my deliveries. the staff is helpful, and the items I need are at hand. The only problem is that it is a popular UPS Store. They need more parking. Other than that, they are great.
