Stretch lab is epic. I’ve always had mobility issues so the stretch sessions and guidance have gone a long way. Plus, they are super relaxing. Always feel refreshed coming out of there. I recommend Desiree if you can get her, truly great to work with.

I love StretchLab in Venice! I had a great experience, and felt wonderful after leaving and even better the next day. Jason was super familiar with how to work out an injury in my shoulder, which I have been dealing with for almost two years. I have been going to chiropractic care and massage therapy, which are great! But this took it to the next level. I will be back next week!

Just did the 25 minute intro and was impressed. Dylan listened to the areas that cause me problems and targeted them effectively and did a couple others that I didn't mention that actually are problem areas for me as well. I will be back, either this trip to LA or another time. It is a good intermediary between physiotherapy/massage therapy for me while travelling. This would be a good add on to yoga. I could also see this being good for rehab and recovery to avoid or come back from overtraining. It was also REALLY great that the front desk girl is a real person who is friendly and down to earth (as opposed to overly friendly and you know it's just a show). :-)
