Probably 20 minutes in thru drive, waiting to be acknowledged at the speaker, then waiting to order, then waiting on food. Rude people, could care less, not busy, 4-5 people working, no one was before me in line, no apologies, no communication, no thank you. Lastly, I ordered a double roast beef but received a regular one!! Close the restaurant until you can get employees!!!

The service going through the Dr. Through was good : nice cheerful person all in a basic amount of time. That being said: the Wagu burger, while it tasted decent , it was dry and, looked like it was cooked the day before. Arby's has good food for a fast food place ,so I hope they get their A - game back.

Food was right, but all sandwiches were barely warm. None of the sauce I asked for was in the bag. I was told I had to wait on fries as they were being cooked. Waited the few minutes they asked but all four orders were cold. I was the only customer in the drive through at the time and no one was inside either. Doubtful that I will ever go back to this location.

Saying the service is slow or bad is the understatement of the year. The front staff have no sense of urgency and are completely apathetic to the fact that people are waiting for exorbitant amounts of time for fast food. I literally waited over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order and then it was only because I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take my order. Then I was told they are waiting on mozzarella sticks. Great. I'm not ordering mozzarella sticks so maybe you can take my order. Take my order, don't give me cups. I have to ask. Again, it's like I asked for their first born child for them to do their job. Waited at least 20 minutes for my food and was missing a French fry. After waiting another 5 minutes for the fries I could see sitting in a container, I had to again ask for my food. Of course they didn't give me a receipt to have the store number to fill out the "how did we do today" survey plastered all over the store. Isn't that convenient.
