I don’t go to to Dairy Queen very often and when I do I usually don’t have a problem but today I went in there was unsure what to order and the person who helping me with my order rolled her eye when I was trying to see what else I wanted. What type of customer service is that?? Her name tag said “ Amanda shift leader” what type of shift leader do you all hire? Because that is terrible customer service!!

Not the greatest location. There were several times where it looked closed or was closed during normal business hours. It might be a staffing shortage. Never had an issue with the service or staff. I've been to better locations. I hope this one gets better.

These guys get 4 stars because although they were packed and extremely short handed…Our order was correct, the wait time was short AND they were extremely friendly and kind! Other restaurants need to step it up and take some notes! Great job guys and gals!

Got my order completely wrong! With increasing prices and longer wait times due to being short staffed, I would hope I would at least get what I ordered. I won't be going back to this location.
