Bread was hard. Patties were dry and cool. Workers were outside smoking. and had to go back in to wait on me Yes it was the girl with headset on that took my order and the guys that handed my food through the window. I had to wait for them to finish before I could place my order. She blamed it on the speaker UT it seemed to work after she went inside

Pulled up to order food, immediately person was rude, if you don’t like having a job I’m sure there are others that will fill your position I know fast food is stressful but we were the only car in line not like a lot was happening, got our food order number 3 and the fries were soggy an rock hard chicken nuggets, got a $5 biggie bag an was same thing only my chicken sandwich was Rock hard only thing fresh out of the whole meal was the bacon…. I’ve worked fast food, those nuggets sat there most the day an then they sold them to me, won’t be going back, we tried 🤷🏼‍♂️

This Wendy’s location continues to disappoint me every time I stop here. From the wait time, to the dining room being closed constantly, to the horrible service and missing order items. Unfortunately it is the closest one to where I usually am, or else I would go to another location but all of the Wendy’s in this area seem to have the same horrible customer service and wait times. I don’t think I have had a good experience at any Wendy’s location in months other than the one in Westlake.

The drive through took longer than it should and my food was not hot. However, it was the best looking fast food burger I've received in a very long time.
