We offer a military and first responders discount of 10% for all military ID card holders including active duty, reserve, retired and dependant spouse and children. We love to work with small to medium companies! Our spacious facilities have room for you to cater in food and drinks. Our recent additions have increased our capacity to better accommodate companies. If you're interested in planning an event please contact us through our website.

We have changed all of our bookings to private games only meaning that you will never be grouped together with strangers. The base price for group of 1-3 people is the same price of $81. Groups larger than 3 people are 27$ per person.b

We are at 559 Freedom Way, Midway Park, NC 28544. We are located a half a mile past the Piney Green Gate on Hwy 24 as you're heading toward Swansboro. Take the second turn around and pull in to the big green building between Halz Mobile Home Supply and Space Place Self Storage! Apple Maps tends to put people in the Kmart shopping center a half mile away, so we do not recommend using it to navigate to us! Waze navigation works consistently, and Google Maps is hit or miss.

Cracked it! Escape Games are scheduled on a 90-minute basis. Participants need to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reserved time in order to go over rules and safety. Gamemasters will start the experience at its scheduled time. Excessively late teams may have time deducted, asked to reschedule or be turned away.

We will allow a younger child with the understanding that some of our experiences may not be suitable for a child of that age and ability.

We at Cracked it! Escape Games have taken special care to ensure that our facility and experiences are wheelchair accessible. Our recent renovations have included installing 36-inch doors, retrofitting restrooms, and adding wheelchair ramps so that people with mobility challenges can participate in all Cracked it! Escape Game experiences. There are certain portions of DEFCON-1 Red Alert that may not be fully accessible via wheelchair, but rest assured that guests with mobility impairments are still able to be fully engaged with the room!

No alcohol is allowed in the room. If any team member is under influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be turned away, and no refund will be given.

We have a spacious reception and briefing area where we will meet with your group and go over the game and some basic safety rules before we start your game. We do not offer food and beverages on the premises.

All of our rooms can be solved using clues found within the room. You will be required to use deductive reasoning and teamwork to piece together a multitude of challenges as you progress through each scenario.

At Cracked it! Escape Games, We Put Fun First, and we have no intention of scaring you. Though the plot itself may be a bit chilling, we’re not trying to be a haunted house. Maude's Madness does contain elements that may be disturbing to younger players.

Cracked it! Escape Games puzzles are designed to test your mental agility and problem-solving skills. Some rooms may require you to dip, duck or scoot in order to solve a puzzle, but no heavy sweating is required.

Absolutely! Though the goal is to "escape" the room you are provided an emergency exit method so you can leave at any time.

If you reserve less than the full amount of spaces for the room, it is likely that other people may book the same session. To guarantee a room exclusively to yourselves, you would need to select the "private party" option when booking your experience and book out all slots in the room. Reserving a Private Event is an flat $35 surcharge on top of the regular ticket price.

Escape Room games are challenges where teams of 2-10 players are placed in a room and have to “escape” the room within a given time limit, usually 60 minutes. The games have a mission, goal or objective that players have to solve by figuring out clues, riddles, puzzles, and mysteries.

In a word NO! We feel that sites like Groupon and Living Social are bad for small businesses and devalue our brand. We provide a premium experience to our customers and we charge a premium price. We do however offer discounts on a periodic basis to include our #GIVEBACK initiative and our Military and First Responders discounts. We also periodically run specials and promotions for special events. We publicize those discounts and promotions on our various social media platforms.

We accept regular bookings during the following hours: Monday & Thursday: 4:30 -8:00 pm| Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed| Friday: 3pm-9:30pm| Saturday: 12pm-9:30pm| Sunday: 12pm - 8:00 pm| NOTE: Online booking cuts off 60-minutes before a scheduled game time. Walk-ins will cut off 30-minutes ahead of game time. If no games are scheduled in the last slot of the day we will be closed and no staff will be available.

The minimum is 1. We recommend 3-6 players for all of our games but have had plenty of couple groups play and do fantastic! Due to the size of the game rooms, we can not accommodate more than 6 players for each of our experiences.

The cost for our games is $25.00/person plus tax. If you are a follower of our various social media accounts we will post special offers and discounts from time to time.

We love children, however, an escape room is an immersive experience that is enjoyed most when your full attention can be devoted to the game. Please do NOT bring infants (even in carriers or strollers,) toddlers or children under the age of 8 to your escape room experience. The little ones, when not receiving their full measure of stimulation and attention can become disruptive and detract from the enjoyment of the game of others. Parents who arrive with children infants or toddlers will NOT be permitted entrance into the game and will be rescheduled. A guardian MUST remain on the premises for children ages 10-16.
