The trail is not taken care of, it has a lot of roots, and not just small ones BIG ones where you almost have to get off your bike and walk around. It is 7.5 miles and took me 51 minutes. Out of the 51 minutes the was about (12) 20 second fun and flow spots and that is what kept me going. If you new to mountain biking, DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST TRAIL. You will hate mountain biking after this.

It's should be noted that it's on base..I was so disappointed I couldn't go because I had no base access and it doesn't mention on google so it was wasted gas and effort

Its not that great of a place. The photos make it look nicer than it is. It needs to be taken care of much better. You're not missing anything.
Definitely need base access as it is on base, with that being said it's also a base stocked pond so you would need to get a base fishing pass as well which recently went from $10 to $25 this year.
I've only personally seen 2, and I've been coming here for around 5 years.
Yes
