Just came back from there to change over my out of state license. In and out in 16 minutes w/appointment. The two ladies I dealt with were very nice and professional. No complaints here.

Front desk lady was SO polite, she was firm with the rules (lines and phone noise) but so helpful and nice! The man working the big booth when you first walk in was one of the NICEST DMV workers I have EVER met. He made the process so easy, joked around, and even took my photo twice so I didn't get done dirty like my school ID 😂 THANKS FOR MAKING MY WALK IN QUICK AND PAINLESS!

Weird experience because there are people sitting on the floor--in addition to myself, wife, and father as all the seats are taken. The turnaround is relatively quick which is most suprising but sitting in the hallway, having people step around you, and hearing the bathroom's activity is ecclectic for a DMV. If they had a text service with 10 minute lead time then people could leave and come back. Or more seating. The staff is trying and doing well but what they are equipted with is another story.
