This is the bank I use when I have to go inside. It is always the same teller working who has been there for forever who welcomes you by your name if you come there often. Sometimes there is a wait but never more than 5 mins this wait is usually due to an older person who doesn't understand something.

Vicki Cooke is the branch manager of Ferrum BB&T. She would be the best person to talk to about opening an account. I know this doesn't answer your question but I do know the people at our local branch are extremely helpful.
