I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me on yesterday. I tracked the package all day and it said that it was out for delivery. I checked again a little bit before 5 pm and it said that my delivery was canceled. According to what was said as the reasoning behind the cancelation, the driver "attempted" to deliver the package to me and I refused it. No one ever showed up to my door with a package. I was home all day. And why would I order something, pay for it, and then refuse to take it when it's being delivered to me? Make that make sense! I no longer trust UPS.

After paying extra to get my package delivered, today, my tracking update informed me that the delivery was not completed due to the business my package was being delivered to not being open. Not only was my business due to open 3 minutes after this “attempt” was made, no one attempted to deliver my package in any capacity when I and other employees had been in the building since 7 am. I immediately called the customer service number to try to get my package to me today since it’s the day it was scheduled to be delivered AND I had paid extra to receive my package early, and they assured me that someone from THIS facility would be in contact to reschedule my delivery TODAY. After no return call and no less than FIVE attempts to get my package delivered, I was finally put in contact with a “supervisor” at the Customer service center. I explained that at this point, I had been at work for 12 hours, was off tomorrow when supposedly they would attempt re-delivery, and still had not been contacted by my local facility and she informed me that not only was my package unable to be delivered today at any point because the drivers had all left (when if I had received a call back from this particular location, that could have been avoided), but that i was also unable to pick up my package because it was “locked up in a trailer for the night” and I had to call THIS facility at 8:30 tomorrow morning to ensure my package would not be sent out for delivery. When I asked what would happen if my package went out for delivery before I was able to get ahold of anyone (a valid concern based on the lack of communication I had received from here so far), I was told that I would basically have to show up to my place of business and sit and wait until my package was attempted to be delivered OR they could return my package to the sender and they could try again OR I could PAY EXTRA to change the address. I was ALSO informed that the Option I paid extra for was an option that had not been available since MARCH 2020 and that if I wanted a refund for it, I needed to contact the sender, even though it’s UPS’s fault that my package wasn’t delivered, not the company I ordered from . After this experience, I will NEVER order from a company that uses UPS to ship its products to me. The most unprofessional and poor customer service that I have ever received.

Showed up right after 4pm and there were a few customers already in line. The UPS worker (forgive me, I didn't catch her name) was fantastic! I just show up with a fairly big unsealed box with nothing else! (I was mailing a box to a family member who will celebrate a birthday soon) Turns out it will be her birthday tomorrow! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! She was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. She was patient and professional with all her customers. I was happy I didn't use the USPS to mail this package! There was Plexiglas separating workers from customers. She (again, forgive me Her name escapes me) wore a face mask. Mask use was clearly marked on the office door. I had a really good experience today. I will use UPS more because of my experience today! Thank you UPS!

I was told my rental gear would be deliver to me today after spending all day trying to find my package. The warehouse manager claimed to have found my package and assured me he would have one of his guys deliver it to my house by the end of the day. This deliver required a signature so since I was assured it was coming I waited at home all day. The package was never delivered and these rental items are no use to me on Monday when I no longer need them.

Yes, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just be mindful of the hours because they are closed in the afternoon.

I m not for sure. I know they have cut back on the seasonal help. Some went back to part time.
UPS is closed on Saturday. Try Postal Annex next to Harris Teeter on Firetower Road. They ship UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL Worldwide. They can also help you track packages etc.
