Packages not getting to my door because of pure laziness!!! Then will send a message stating my package can’t fit in mailbox!!! Duh, mattress, tents, folding chairs don’t fit in mailbox!!! You must walk yourself 10 steps to front door and leave the packages as it has been done for over 25 years for me!! At least have the decency to redeliver after the annoying automated representative take me through steps and receive I a confirmation number for redelivery!! How about 10 days later; NO PACKAGE!!! While going up on rates, it would be awesome to add employees that can and willing walk the package to the door and ring bell on time!!

This is the worst, unorganized, laziness post office in Fayetteville, NC. They routinely don't deliver anything you order and if is supposed to be held for pickup, they don't have it and don't know where it is. They're website says it has personnel issues and has said it for two years. That's a them problem now that's extended way past COVID. I think it's time for the inspector post office general to look into an investigation there that's how bad this post office runs itself.

07-13-2022 Smh. Almost two years later and the mail carrier is still dropping off mail to the wrong address. Second time in the past couple of months. We no longer send items to ourself at our own address. We have to use a friends address. Over paid employees for the service given. _________________________________________ Runner delivered my package to the wrong address and can’t remember where she left it at. I mailed myself a 66 pound black footlocker with bright pink tape on it on 10\07 before leaving my deployment. My mail carrier informed me on Saturday, 10/17, that I have a big box at the post office. On Monday,10/19, my footlocker tracking status stated delivered to individual however it was not delivered to this individual. On Tuesday I visited the post office and no one has a clue where it is. I have visited the post office everyday since Tuesday and no word. I have filed a claimed and was told it would be rejected anyways but to file one to start an investigation. The box can not be GPS tracked because a carrier or runner scanned my box before leaving the post office that day for delivery. The runner can’t remember a 66 pound black footlocker with bright pink tape but the clerks remember seeing it. The runner need to own up to her mistake and go back to the resident that she delivered it to and retrieve my box. I have a very personal item the has my safety at risk and possible auto theft. I have been very patient with this situation but disciplinary action needs to be taken and my box needs to be retrieved.

Mail Forwarding has not been working for over a month. Multiple calls to this post office go unanswered and eventually go to fast busy after 3 minutes. Post office needs to fire everyone at this branch and find some folks who are willing to work.

Yep. And the copy machine was down and they wouldn't make one copy for me. I had to go to the library and then back to the post office. I stood in line for 20 minutes for nothing.
