I went here as a new donor, the staff were all standing around talking never ask if i needed help, i walked up to the desk noone ever said may i help you. i asked one of the girls there im here wanted to be a new donor, okay everything went smooth went to the back, after i waited 5 hours the girl snatched my arm, never said hey nothing, never said her name or nothing. then tried to stick the needle had blood shooting all out of my arm all everywhere, rushing and snatching on my arm and stuff, so i told her if she would have asked me before trying to stick me it would not have been like this she was talking the whole time, so unprofessional then going lie and say i cursed her out.

Not all of the staff but a select few people are rude. Have zero care for the donors and treat them as if they dont need us that the donors need the money. Every time ive been here they have been way behind schedule and run my appointment several hours late and then when i have to leave miss the money and wasted my time and gas coming here on a 45 min drive there is never a solution or good customer service this place is going down hill and even my favorite employees that made it worth coming are burning out.. this place needs help.. they lost me and my wife as donors today mostly because of how we were talked to and treated. By management. Some people have no managerial skills just a title.

It's been years since I have been, but decided to go yesterday and it's like they didn't miss a beat. I went in off of spur of the moment decision at around 1 pm. The staff is still friendly as I remember, very helpful and they get me to the back pretty fast for returning/new donor. Plus anyone staff I talked to was able to answer my question or was in arms reach of someone who could, very well staffed. I been to other plasma centers in the city and they took them 5+ hours just to be seen for a new donor exam, not nearly enough staff, and the attitudes were the worse. Even though it was spur of the moment I was pleasantly surprised that I was walking out the door and completed the first donation in 4 hours. I know I have patience than most but a good attitude makes me not walk out.

I’m giving them 3 stars because most of the time they are great, I have difficult veins and have had to be restuck, but they have always been extremely nice about it. Except for the last time I went. I informed the young lady who was going to insert the needle, that there have been difficulties in the past and to please be careful and ensure that she sticks me properly. She completely ignored what I said and stuck me in about 30 seconds, didn’t take the time to make sure it was a good vein. It worked for the first rotation and half the second, before my skin started getting swollen and red, and the machine stopped and she readjusted the needle 5 times before asking for help. When someone else came, they checked my arm and lowered the pressure. The machine still didn’t work, finally, a kind lady, who has stuck my in the past, restuck me in the other arm and I was finally able to finish my donation. It’s been 5 days since I donated and my arm is bruised and in pain. I’ve had previous bruising, but only slight bruising. I’ve never had this type of bruising or this pain until my last visit there.

1 hours most days cuz the workers don't have a flyin flip
If your a new donor u get a $100
Mon. Thru Thurs they close at 9 and Fri, Sat, Sun they close at 4
First two donations are $100. Then after your second donation it will be $50.
$750.00 if you donate twice it will be $1500.00 minus applicable fees per bank of America.
I believe so, bc people come as fas as Lumberton to donate. Just give them a call.
They give you 15 min which is the perfect amount of time to do some breathing exercises to bring it down.
Depends on the monthly promotion. Currently for August it is $75 for each of the first 3 donations.
Your first 3 donations will be 75$. Then it goes first time of the week 20$ second time of the week 35$ third time 25$ forth 35$ then after that it's 45$ untill the month is over.
Good answer. Open every day except Christmas Day!
It changes periodically, however during the month of February it's $100 for new donors for their first two donations. Then it's $50 for the first donation of the week and $100 for the second during February.
You don't have to go to the same one after all that time. A call to them can settle your answer. Still your fiancee will have to be treated as a new donor. If you stop going for 3 months, you're considered a new donor.
Average $150 a week. $50 a day is the norm but bonus weeks are $100 on the second visit of the week. Best to call them or look at the info posted when you get there.
If you're new. Walk in. But please make sure you drink ALLLLLL THE WATER the day before you go. Make sure you have your social security card and Valid non expired id. Go in as early as you can, they open at 6 the first time takes atleast 4 hours total due to paperwork, physical and the donation
Go in person first. After your first and 2nd donation. You can make appointments!
From now to 31 get 100 on ur second donation
$50 for the 1st donation if you're a regular. $140 for the 1st three visits of you're new.

Two forms of id. Physical, proof of address, 3 hours in office, and if you're id. If different from you're address bring it.
$100, if you say I referred you or someone you know that is a current client we each get a $50 bonus after your complete 2nd visit, Nathaniel runion

They test you for methamphetamine cocaine benzodiazepines and opiates
Filling out paperwork, checking your blood pressure, reflexes, eyes and etc, blood work to make sure you are able to donate, watching a video and answering questions to what you have learned.
Varies pretty drastically. First time donors get $50 each donation for the first 10 times.
No however you do get $75.00 for the first 3 donations
Are they open
If you were entered into the computer system, then yes you must return to the same center. Thinks have gotten much faster now with the implementation of the new computer system where you answer your own questions.
75 the first 3 times if you are new and if you havent donated in 6 months you are considered a new donor and will receive new donor fees
How recent was the tattoo when you tried to donate? The rule is that you cant donate within a year of getting that tattoo. But if you can get a copy of the sterility license from who gave you the tattoo, you can go after 4 months after your tattoo
The donor radius is 40 miles from the center.
18 you must bring I'D and proof of residence.
Christmas Day is the only day the center is closed.
