What a difference a new owner can make. It was a pleasure visiting this store today since they are under new ownership. I was greeted with a friendly face, asked how I was, etc. I commented how in the past I would rarely get a hello let alone a thank you. I work in customer service and what a nice experience today compared to past ownership!! 5 stars!

What a refreshing atmosphere. So different than last month. Had to run in and mail a package this morning and the young man, Dale,was so nice got everything done the way I wanted it and I got a smile. I will surely let my friends know that this location has now changed management and is ready to provide great customer service.

This store has recently gone under new ownership and management and I can't say enough about the friendly staff I encountered yesterday. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable about the services they offer. They handled my next day air package with care, and ensured I got the best price to ship it. They also offer Notary services which can be hard to find in a pinch! The new owners really cleaned the place up inside! Looking forward to doing more business at this location with the awesome new staff and ownership!

I have been using this UPS location for many years now and for various services. I never used there printing and copy service; however, I have used there shipping and notary services, and have called and stopped in with questions on many different occasions. I never had any issues with customer service or the employees. They have given me excellent service every time. I am a believer in treating people the way you want to be treated, and how a person present themselves make a difference. Expressions and tone matter when speaking to someone. When I call, sometimes I hear a bit of dissension, but I treat them the way I want to be treated, and immediately they do the same. Employees are treated with so much disrespect day in and day out and people are human with human feelings…feeling that are daily tested. It is all in the total presentation….expressions and attitude matter, and in this world, often you get what you give. I am very pleased with this stores customer service.
