Timothy and Ryan are great. I’ve shipped packages and returned items at other stores in the Myrtle Beach area and no one does a better job than these guys. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly no matter how much work I bring in for them to handle. This is the only UPS location I’ll go to now because I know I can trust Ryan and Timothy to provide the best customer service around.

(Note: visited during Sunday hours) Despite there only being one staff member able to assist customers, they were efficient and worked as quickly as possible to try and help myself and another customer ship packages. The staff member was very patient with me while I called the relative I was shipping the package to so I could confirm information and be able to punch in the payment card.

Most amazing customer service that we have ever experienced. Timothy and Vesta went out of their way to ship our unusual "SHARKEY" surf board sign. Timothy was extremely courteous and very professional in letting us know what our shipping options would be cost wise, size wise, etc. He was hands on in assisting us package our products safely and effectively. Both of these amazing people wore a friendly smile the entire time. Their customer service is to be commended. In fact, I wish I could ship these two people back with me to New York so they could train many other employees to give your customers the best care and service that UPS has ever witnessed. Package acceptance is a service reserved for our customers that have a mailbox agreement with our store. If you would like to use our location to receive packages, we offer 3, 6 or 12 month mailbox service agreements. They start @ $30 a month.
You have to use there computer. An they charge you 5$ for 15 minutes
no I don't believe ups takes FedEx and vice versa
It's $5.00 each time the notary is required to sign. This is the South Carolina mandated fee.
The retail store locations do not handle delivery issues unless you shipped the item from one of our stores. For all other delivery concerns you'd need to contact UPS customer service at 800-742-5877.
