Went at the store in 38th ave today 7/5/2022. One of the lady at the store was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was disappointed and I ask to speak with the manager, the blonde lady said that I didn't need to speak with the manager because she's been working there for 8 years. Went to another ups store and they helped me in a wonderful way.

So sorry but Google gave me wrong information all the way. I have used your location in the past and was VERY SATISFIED but I had many other documents and Easter cards so I clicked on the USPS on 68th Ave. North!!! Turned out that info was incorrect as well. Have a Happy 🐣

You may mail a package here and we can hold it for pickup. All we ask is your name, phone number and "hold for pickup" to be on the package. A small package (under 15 pounds) has a $5 holding and receiving fee. A larger package (over 15 pounds) has a $10 holding and receiving fee.
No home pickup is available unless you contact UPS directly.
Yes we do. We charge $1.75 for the first page and $1 each additional page. Cover sheets are provided free of charge.
