Recently my 20 yr old son bought a used vehicle from honda.Even bought extended warranty! 3 months later low a behold radiator starts leaking no fault of his! I over the last 20 yrs have bought multiple cars from LITHIA but never from honda, (would not recommend to my worst enemy) was giving a trumped up bill and then offered a discount ( what joke) allen johnson new service manager has decided my yrs of loyalty are not worth the paper the contract it was written on ! So if your looking for a new car try a different dealership

Called about 8am to see if there was an opening for an oil change. I was told to bring it in at 1:30. Upon arriving I was ignored by numerous employees for about 10 minutes. Then I was told I wasn't in the system and that they "don't take appointments for oil changes". Why tell me to bring it in at a specific time then? Then we were told 1.5-2 hour wait, after making an appointment. Then to top it off, tire pressure was low (one tire specifically low) and they claimed to have put air in the tired but the dash in the car said all 4 tired were exactly where they were when we dropped it off. We came go the Honda dealership after having bad experiences from the Ford dealership. Now we will no longer use Honda either. Bad service all around.
