I would like to say how great Jennifer Camus is! We ordered a Yukon XL in December 2021. She helped us to build the car of our dreams. Jennifer is very responsive and always quick to answer. We are very pleased to have worked with her. Our wait for our dream car was 8 months, but it was definitely worth the wait.Jennifer was always checking on progress and updating us, so we knew exactly how our car was coming along. The manager was also very great and very helpful. Thank you Airport Chevrolet! I’ll be a returning customer.
Car Buyer
If you want good customer service, this is NOT the place for that. I went in on a Sunday, test drove a car for my wife, went home filled out the online applications and started working numbers with the salesman, won’t mention his name, but not much personality. Offered to put a hold deposit on car until the next day, wife was out of town and the car was for her. We set a 5:30pm appointment. Salesman says to just come in and we will finish the deal after I offered a hold deposit and was denied. I arrived early for the appointment and found other people test driving the car we were to make a deal on. In a nut shell I was told I had to wait for these folks to make a decision. Then the GM whom I spoke to said this is how he runs his dealership. He admitted lack of training and dropping the ball. I have never been here before and I will never return. I get the car market is tough, but being treated as it is a privilege to buy a car is ridiculous.

Service staff masks up, and business staff too. Drive in for service, a cavernous space. Waiting room, not particularly social distancing, but daytime rarely any one there.
