An amazing experience! I was absolutely terrified of MRIs due to claustrophobia but the staff at OAI was very kind and patient and helped me through the entire process. They made it so easy! I will forever recommend to all friends and family in need of this type of medical imaging and care.

I had tried to get through the MRI @ Mercy in Roseburg but just couldn't. I put it off as long as I could but my health pushed the issue. My Brother had done the one in Medford & told Me to try there. I was skeptical & anxiety ridden but the staff totally managed to put me at ease.. I got through it just fine.

Most unprofessional, rigid medical provider in existence. Changed my appointment 3 times, appeared at the date scheduled and was refused service because they would not accepty medicare. Excuse given was my date of birth was incorrect, I corrected the date on their form explained the issue all to no avail. Their suggestion: call tomorrow and talk to a manager. Complete waste of time.

2 experiences with them for MRI's for our daughter. We will drive hours away to avoid them in the future. They don't seem to care about our needs. Thankfully there are other options.
